Tony Dickel
Tony teaches and supervises for David Clutterbuck's Accredited Team Coach training programmes in Asia and the Global Team Coaching Institute’s Team Coach Practitioner programme. Tony has been a practising supervisor of coaches and team coaches since 2010 and teaches a ground-breaking training in Team Coaching Supervision programme alongside Drs. David Clutterbuck and Lise Lewis, proposing and pioneering assessment standards for team coaching supervision. Students on this programme are some of the most experienced team coaches and supervisors worldwide. Tony’s approach to team coaching supervision is highly developmental. Success in team coaching requires the ability to maintain an exceptional presence in the midst of the profound complexity that modern team leadership and team coaching entails in a world of accelerating complex adaptive systemic challenges. Tony’s style is challenging yet highly supportive and compassionate, grounded in strong and relevant theoretical underpinnings in service of the growth and development of his supervisees. |
Prof. David Clutterbuck
David Clutterbuck chose to join the first coaching supervisor post-graduate diploma course as a participant rather than as a faculty member, more than a decade ago. He was a member of one of the first co-supervision groups as coaching became accepted as a vocation. He is co-author of two seminal books. He is accredited at Master Practitioner in coach supervision with the EMCC. He supervises coaches from more than 35 countries. |
Dr. Lise Lewis
Lise started training supervisors in the UK in 2009. Since that time the supervisor training offering from the company she founded - Bluesky International – has evolved and developed to align with developments in coaching and mentoring. Two levels of EMCC accredited programmes – Certificate and Diploma - are offered virtually, attracting global interest and establishing a growing culturally diverse supervisor community. Delegates have the opportunity to gain the EMCC accreditation for personal practice during the study programme. Lise is an EMCC accredited Master Coach and Coach Supervisor and is an EMCC award winner Coach Supervisor with an active global practice. |
Craig McKenzie
Craig’s work as a Supervisor is flows from 14 years of experience as an Educator of Coaches (and Team Coaches), his work as a Coaching Supervisor and more recently a pioneer in Team Coaching Supervision training (along with Professor David Clutterbuck, Dr. Lise Lewis and Tony Dickel). His supervision is characterised by his ability to link the practical to the transformational through learning and dialogue in strong and gentle space. Craig is known for his ability to balance, navigate and create the conditions for exploration and learning with humour, gentleness, strength, warmth and wisdom. |
