Tony Dickel
Tony Dickel is the Country Director for Potential Project Hong Kong and China. Tony is accomplished with the cultivation of mindfulness and acute self-awareness which is critical success, resilience and well-being in the workplace. He teaches mindfulness based approaches into a variety of settings. Drawing from disciplines including Interpersonal Neurobiology, Mindfulness, Cultivating Emotional Balance and narrative coaching, he helps people take personal accountability for changing behaviours, beliefs and mind-sets in ways which can create personal and professional transformation. Tony has held leadership positions in Asia and across a variety of industries over a period of 20 years. Marut Bhardwaj
Marut is an experienced executive leadership facilitator and consultant who brings more than 25 years experience to working with senior leaders. She provides leadership development & consulting to help clients develop, assess and train their leaders. She frequently works with founders and C-suite executives to take their leadership from "good to great." She has provided facilitation and consulting to clients globally. Some organisations she has worked with include Coca Cola, Qualcomm, Mindtree, Genpact, Capgemini, KAS( Kmart), Kois International, KPMG, British Council. Marut has had an intense personal Mindfulness practice for more than 16 years, influenced by the ancient wisdom of Hindu scriptures and is an experienced speaker who has led interactive sessions with small teams, as well as delivered keynotes to large audiences (250+ attendees). |
Atul Padalkar
As Director at Potential Project India and Client Solutions Lead, Atul designs and delivers Mindset and Inner Playbook of Leadership programs to clients, helping leaders and workplaces to cultivate a more human world of work through clarity, compassion and focus amidst intense business pressures in an uncertain environment. Atul has had a daily mindfulness practice for 11 years, including a silent retreat in UK and teacher-led training in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). With Potential Project since Sept 2019, he has facilitated senior leadership and mindset workshops for Microsoft, Citibank, Cisco, Genpact, Mindtree, HSBC, Capgemini and other organizations, both F2F and virtually, with participants across Americas, India, Europe and Asia-Pacific. |
Zerlina Sim
Zerlina is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations enhance workplace effectiveness while retaining humanity, authenticity and exercising resilience. Establishing her career in Australia and Singapore, she was a business consultant in organizational re-engineering, operational strategy and technology implementation across a range of industries - resources, financial services, consumer goods and manufacturing sectors. Today, as Country Director and Partner of Potential Project Singapore, Zerlina combines decades of mind training experience, an intrinsic ability to be compassionate and ardent commitment to personal transformation to deliver transformative leadership programs to clients including IKEA, Accenture, Unilever, Cisco, LEGO and AIA. A certified coach with the International Coaching Federation, she is also trained in Presence-based, Adult Developmental and transformational coaching. Zerlina integrates her knowledge in neuroscience, mindfulness and cross-cultural understanding to help clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen inter-personal relationships and co-create strategies towards purpose-driven leadership growth. Zerlina is a devoted parent leader and is active in community service through hosting dialogues and facilitating courses on mental health, applied leadership and advocating for neurodiversity. |
